The general operating room of Ayatollah Golpayegani Hospital has six active operating rooms and modern equipment, ready to perform different surgeries, including general, obstetric, orthopedic, ENT, neurosurgery, laparoscopy, reconstructive and plastic, and eye surgery by specialized and skillful surgery teams.

Some activities of the general operating room

Urology surgeries, including urethroscopy, transurethral resection (TUR), and  transureteral lithotripsy (TUL)

Orthopedic surgeries, including hip replacement, knee joint replacement, surgeries for fractures, and knee ligament reconstruction

Neurosurgery for spinal fractures, brain tumors, and brain hemorrhage

ENT surgeries, including rhinoplasty, neck surgery, and sinus endoscopy

Laparoscopic surgeries

The general operating room has modern surgical equipment and facilities, including advanced devices for laparoscopy, endoscopy, carm, microscopes for neurosurgery, advanced microscope for eyes, electronic beds adjustable to different positions, advanced surgical lighting, modern anesthesiology devices, and full monitoring
