With a urologists present 24/7 as well as experienced operators, different stones of any type, material, or size in the kidney, ureter, and bladder can be destroyed.
Free-of-charge follow-up and visit for a year to ensure lack of formation of new stones is another advantage of this clinic.
In this clinic, the patients undergo lithotripsy without admission, pain, anesthesia, or surgery for about an hour with the direct supervision of a urologist, and are then discharged with no complications.
Training following lithotripsy:
Drinking lost of liquid, including water, tea, and other drinks in compliance with the patients’ diet up to at least three weeks following the lithotripsy
Movement and physical activity as much as possible
Urine must be collected in case of burning during urination.
The stones in the container must be washed and dried, and taken to the clinic for performing stone tests based on the time schedule.
Note: Kidney stones take up to 90 days, and ureter stones up to three weeks after lithotripsy to pass, while bladder stones pass immediately after the procedure.
Moreover, it is essential to perform tests to determine the material of the stone in order to prevent further formation and prescribe a suitable diet.
